Warranty & Product Support
Need help with an appliance spare part? Find out what to check, how to report a non-working item and what happens after you request support.
Check part details
Match your appliance model, part number, electrical rating and connector before installation.
Explain the issue
Share your order number, part details and a clear description of what is not working.
Get a clear outcome
We review the information and advise whether replacement, exchange or refund is appropriate.
Before requesting support
Start with the right checks
Spare parts often look similar but use different ratings or fittings. A few careful checks help us identify the problem without unnecessary back-and-forth.
Confirm compatibility
Compare the appliance model, original part number, size, connector positions and supported voltage or rating.
Keep the packaging
Keep the outer package, shipping label and product packaging until your issue has been reviewed.
Avoid unsafe testing
Do not repeatedly power a faulty component or bypass protective parts. Electrical or gas-related components should be checked by a qualified technician.
Non-working parts
How to report an issue
Contact us within seven days after delivery for additional support with a part that does not work. Our team may request suitable evidence to identify the issue.
Different situations, different solutions
What kind of support do you need?
Part is not working
Report the problem and provide order details. An approved replacement, exchange or refund will depend on our review of the issue.
Wrong or missing item
If the supplied part is incorrect or an ordered item is missing, share the order details and photographs of what arrived so we can investigate.
Part does not fit
If compatibility was not verified before ordering, an unused part may qualify for an approved exchange. Agreed return postage, new delivery costs and any price difference may apply.
Receiving your parcel
If the outer package looks damaged
Check the outside of the parcel before accepting it. These simple steps help avoid confusion at delivery.
If you can see damage before accepting delivery
Do not accept a torn, open, crushed or visibly tampered parcel. Tell the courier that the outside package is damaged, do not share the delivery confirmation OTP and contact us with your tracking number.
If the outer package looks fine
Make one continuous unboxing video before opening the parcel. Show the shipping label, tracking number, sealed package, opening and product condition. Keep the packaging and contact us if anything is wrong.
The video supports our normal claim review. If you cannot provide one, contact us with any other available evidence so we can assess the issue.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about product support
Is there a seven-day warranty on every product?
Our additional seven-day support process applies when a part does not work and is reported within seven days of delivery. Manufacturer warranties, if any, depend on the specific product. Check the product listing or contact us for item-specific information.
Do I need to send the part back immediately?
No. Contact us first and wait for approved return or inspection instructions. Do not ship the item without confirmation.
What if I selected the wrong compatible model?
An unused part may be considered for exchange after review. Return shipping, replacement delivery and a higher replacement-item price may be payable by the customer if agreed.
Will I be charged if the courier returns my undelivered parcel?
If the courier is responsible for the failed delivery and returns the parcel, we do not charge you anything for that return. If the return is caused by a refused delivery, incorrect address or unreachable contact number, applicable charges disclosed at checkout or in the policies may apply.
