Follow dispatch and delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery commonly takes 2–7 days, or 7–12 days for some areas.
Support beyond checkout.
If a confirmed part cannot be supplied due to unavailable stock or increased price, we provide a full refund without deductions. If a courier cannot complete delivery for a courier-side reason and returns the parcel, we do not charge for that return; customers who still need the part can request that the same ordered items be sent again without an extra delivery charge.
