What happens to the ₹450?+
After confirmed payment, eligible Parts Assistance Credit is linked to your account and can be applied to an eligible JP Electronics parts order, subject to eligibility and validity conditions.
What if you cannot find or provide the requested part?+
If, after reviewing and sourcing your request, JP Electronics is unable to find or provide the requested part, your Parts Assistance payment will be refunded in full (100%).
Service Terms & Credit Conditions
The ₹450 fee covers professional identification, verification, pricing/compatibility guidance and sourcing work. If, after the sourcing review, JP Electronics is unable to find or provide the requested part, the Parts Assistance payment will be refunded in full (100%). When a part is found or can be provided, eligible service credit is subject to the displayed eligibility and validity conditions.
